Ask us anythingAre Squishy World toys safe for young kids?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested against EN71 and CPSC standards, including checks for phthalates, BPA and heavy metals. We use food-grade TPU skins and non-toxic fill, and we publish the test summary for each production run. Recommended for ages 5+, with adult supervision under 3.
What makes them different from cheap squishies?
Material and consistency. Ours are made to a measured compression spec — most pieces return to shape in around 4.2 seconds — and they are individually inspected before packing. Cheap squishies use low-density filler that collapses within weeks; ours are tested at 10,000 compressions with no measurable loss of rebound.
How fast is shipping, and what does it cost?
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day, and everything else goes out within 24 hours. Standard delivery is $5.99 per order, and it is free on orders over $35.
Do limited editions get restocked?
No. Numbered drops are produced once and never remade — that is exactly why they hold their value. When a run is gone we retire the mold and move to the next release. Join the Collector's Club to get 15 minutes of early access before each drop goes public.
What if my child does not love it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, even if it has been squished. We only ask that it is clean. Start a return from your order email and we will send a prepaid label.
Do you really hold value on the resale market?
For numbered and retired pieces, yes — it is a real secondary market. We do not set or guarantee resale prices, but collectors regularly trade limited runs above retail, and every piece ships with a serialized authenticity card so a buyer can verify it.
